A mischievous monkey who damaged musical instruments at a Tennessee guitar shop is in custody after an hours-long monkeyhunt.

The furry felon — a Cinnamon Capuchin native to Central and South America — was caught Sunday after being spotted rampaging through the Trade Center music shop in Morristown.

The small business owners called police around 8 a.m. to report the damage, which security footage revealed to be caused by the little brown primate.

Images released by police showed the small fella leaning over a guitar stand while peering into a glass case full of effects pedals, while a Fender Stratocaster and other guitars stood nearby.

After a search of the area — where police had asked the public to report any sightings — the monkey was finally caught by Sunday evening, 10News reported.

It remains unclear where or how the beast was bested, but police were seen hauling a large animal carrying crate over a chain-link fence in a residential yard.

The monkey is believed to have been stolen from an Alabama farm and sold to a Tennessee woman, though it also remains unclear how it escaped.

Its original owner was notified of its discovery — and its shenanigans– by the US Department of Agriculture.
