A brazen gunman shot his 20-year-old girlfriend in the neck outside a Staten Island Target store early Friday – and then escaped on a motorcycle, cops and sources said.

The 20-year-old victim was shot around 7:30 a.m. in front of the retailer on Richmond Avenue, part of a larger shopping complex in New Springville, police said.

She was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North, where she is listed in stable condition, cops said.

The shooting appeared to have stemmed from domestic violence, according to law enforcement sources, who described the gunman as the victim’s boyfriend.

He rolled off on a motorcycle after the shooting, and had not been caught hours later, police said.

The victim was apparently heading into one of the stores in the complex when she was shot, but it was not immediately clear whether it was the Target, the sources said.
