These fouls were flagrant.

While most Knicks fans joyously celebrated the team’s Game 2 win in the NBA Finals Friday night, one female bully used the occasion to beat down NYPD cops.

Karely Reyes, 29, who was at the watch party outside Madison Square Garden with 6,500 others, went berzerk after a cop ordered her to get back behind a barrier she had just jumped, cops said.

She then punched a female cap — bloodying her face — and bit another officer on the wrist during the 11:45 p.m. melee.

Reyes, of Jamaica, Queens, was arrested and charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration, cops said. She has no prior arrests.

The head of the city’s largest police union said the officer bled profusely after the punch.

“A victory celebration shouldn’t end with blood pouring down a police officer’s face,” Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry said. She received stitches for her wounds at a nearby hospital.

“Our sister was just doing her job, trying to keep everyone safe in the pandemonium folowing the Knicks Game 2 win, when an individual jumped over a barrier and punched her in the face, hard enough to leave a bloody gash,” Hendry said.

Hendry called the assault “completely unacceptable” and said it “cannot be tolerated.” He pledged that the union would be in court “to make sure this individual faces the consequences she deserves.”

The woman’s arraignment was pending Saturday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

There were 26 people taken into custody at the Friday watch party — including one with a loaded gun who was selling counterfeit merchandise.
