Multiple people were rushed to the hospital after shots were fired at what was supposed to be a family-friendly festival in Ohio on Saturday.
Cops responded to chaos unfolding at the Old West End Festival in Toledo around 5:40 p.m., according to a statement local police shared on X.
It is unclear how many people were injured or what their conditions are.
The suspect fled the scene and is still on the loose, according to police.
Authorities warned residents to avoid the area as they investigate what happened. The roads surrounding the annual weekend-long festival have been closed.
