PLYMOUTH, Mass. — Lindsay Clancy is “nervous” and “scared” her defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, told reporters on his way out of court.

“She’s doing alright. She’s nervous, she’s scared,” the lawyer said as he left.
The jury has not reached a verdict yet.
They are due back tomorrow morning to continue the decision-making process.
Judge William Sullivan just dismissed the jury for the day and told them to come back at 9:00 a.m. Friday to continue deliberations.
They deliberated for just under four hours today.

The prosecution argues that the Massachusetts mother was fully in control when she strangled her 3 children in 2023.
Lawyers for Clancy say that she was overmedicated and experiencing a psychotic break. If she’s found not criminally liable for the crime, she will be sent to a psychiatric facility.
