A shooting was reported at an elementary school in Virginia on Wednesday morning.
Cops responded to reports of an active shooter at Westwood Hills Elementary School in Waynesboro shortly after 10 a.m.
No updates have been given yet on any possible casualties, and a reunification is being held for students and families at the nearby Westminster Presbyterian Church.
ATF Washington confirmed that it was “responding to a reported shooting incident” at the school.
The Waynesboro Police Department and Augusta County Sheriff’s Department were both approached for comment.
