Two people were killed after a small plane crashed in the Fresno area on Saturday.
The crash occurred near the Sierra Sky Park in northwest Fresno just before 2 p.m., according to local reports.
Two others were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
It’s unclear what caused the crash.
Firefighters and other emergency personnel rushed to the scene, with crews seen battling flames on a hillside.
Multiple agencies, including the Fresno Police, the Fresno Fire Department, PG&E, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office and the North Central Fire Department were on the scene, according to ABC30.
Nearby residents lost power during the time of the crash but it has since been restored, according to PG&E’s outage map.
