Heartbreaking, newly released crime scene photos show the final Jack-in-the-Box meal one of the four slain University of Idaho students had been eating when Bryan Kohberger burst in and murdered them.

The images show the half-eaten box of fries that 20-year-old Xana Kernodle had ordered via DoorDash right before the deranged killer stabbed her and her three roommates to death the night of Nov. 13, 2022.

An empty delivery order bag with “XANA” scrawled could be seen strewn on the kitchen counter, while the half-devoured fries were spotted on top of the microwave.

Discarded Jack-in-the-Box wrappers were found scattered on the cluttered bench and in the bag, the photos show.

Investigators had previously revealed Kernodle’s order was dropped outside the home at 3:59 a.m. — just minutes before surveillance video captured Kohberger parking nearby.

Cops believe Kernodle had likely collected her order from the front door at some point before she heard a commotion upstairs — and then went to check on her roommates.

Kernodle was found knifed to death more than 50 times near her upstairs bedroom.

The photos were included in a trove of investigative files made public by Idaho State Police after Kohberger was sentenced to life in prison without parole for slaughtering Kernodle and her roommates — Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen and Ethan Chapin.
