Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin Tyler Robinson flippantly joked with friends on Discord that his “doppleganger” was the one who shot the conservative activist after the feds released his photos while he was on the run, a report said.

The 22-year-old accused assassin’s chats with his pals lit up on the social media messaging platform Thursday afternoon, when the FBI released grainy images of a lanky college-aged man in dark clothes during their hunt for Kirk’s killer, the New York Times reported.

One of his virtual buddies noticed the similarity and tagged Robinson in a post with the FBI images, writing “wya” – short for “where you at?” – alongside a skull emoji.

Robinson – accused of blasting the Turning Point USA founder in the neck with one fatal bullet in Utah Wednesday afternoon – shot back within a minute, shamelessly insisting it was a look-alike trying to “get me in trouble.”

“Tyler killed Charlie!!!” another user then wrote, the outlet reported.

One member of the 20-person group chat suggested turning Robinson in to claim the FBI’s $100,000 reward, all while a massive manhunt raged.

“Only if I get a cut,” the alleged assailant sneered, using an avatar of John Arbuckle, Garfield’s perpetually confused owner.

“Whatever you do, don’t go to a mcdonalds anytime soon,” one pal quipped in a nod to where Manhattan CEO killer Luigi Mangion was nabbed, the paper reported.

Robinson then agreed, callously jesting that he “better also get rid of this manifesto and exact copy rifle I have lying around,” before urging the shooter was “CLEARLY” from California.

The accused gunman went on to mock the FBI’s investigation, referencing the “trans” scribblings found on the ammunition and claiming it was all fabricated by some “dude in the briefing room.”

Casings found at Utah Valley University where Kirk was shot, bore inscriptions, with one stating, “Hey fascist! catch!” The bullets were fired roughly 200 yards from an imported .30-06-caliber Mauser blot-action rifle that investigators found wrapped in a towel in a wooded area.

Robinson is accused of firing the fatal shot at the married father of two young children, who was seated under a pop-up tent while speaking to thousands on the first stop of his “American Comeback Tour.”

The alleged killer turned himself in to the authorities Thursday night in Southwestern Utah – a more than three hour drive from the Orem campus – after being confronted by his own father and speaking with a youth minister about the shooting, law enforcement sources said.

After his arrest, his friends on Discord were in disbelief that he was the real killer, with one noting that officials want him to face the death penalty for the public and savage slaying, the outlet reported.

“I truly cannot distinguish if this is for real,” another said.
