All the Big Marvel TV Announcements for X-Men ’97, VisionQuest and More at NYCC 2025

Marvel was in the building for New York Comic-Con 2025, and in addition to rolling out comic book drops and collaboration news, the entertainment company gave updates on its 2026 Disney Plus TV slate. Fans will get to see X-Men ’97 return with season 2 in 2026 along with other series, like Daredevil: Born Again. 

One of its biggest announcements is for the new show, VisionQuest, starring Paul Bettany and Age of Ultron’s James Spader, who’s also reprising his role as Ultron. The upcoming series will arrive in 2026 and wrap up the three-part story that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along. Along with Bettany and Spader, fans will get to see Ruaridh Mollica as Wanda and Vision’s son, Tommy, James D’Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S. and Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y.

What else is coming in 2026? Here’s a look at what Marvel shared during the event on its Disney Plus releases:

  • X-Men ’97 is back for season 2 in summer 2026 with Apocalypse revealed as the villain.
  • Daredevil: Born Again, season 2 drops in March 2026 with Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones.
  • Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, season 2 will feature Daredevil and Venom – fall 2026.
  • Wonder Man will debut on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET. Watch the new trailer below.
