Claude‘s memory capabilities are getting a significant upgrade. Now, when you switch from Claude to Cowork, the same memory from past chats with the AI tool stays with you. That way, you don’t have to readd context when you switch tools, saving you time and letting you focus on the project at hand.
With Cowork sharing Claude’s memory, all previous conversations are available for Cowork to dig into. It’ll remember your preferences on writing style and other projects you’ve worked on for reference.
Anthropic has also added a series of new memory-related features, including options for what you want to store and easier ways to manage chat history.
