Bravo star Tracy Tutor filed a bombshell sexual assault lawsuit against real estate big Oren Alexander — on the same day that a federal jury began deliberating his fate in a criminal sex abuse trial.
She joins dozens of accusers who say Oren, and brothers Tal and Alon, drugged and sexually assaulted them, with 11 alleged victims testifying during the months-long federal trial.
Tutor says she woke up naked and “surrounded by a pool of blood” after being drugged by Alexander, a luxury home broker, at a real estate event in 2014, according to her new lawsuit.
The “Million Dollar Listing” star says she blacked out after sipping a drink handed to her during a 2014 recruiting trip and was later found in a bathroom with Alexander who was kissing her and touching himself.
Tutor woke the next morning in a mystery hotel room, “naked and alone,” with her tampon on the floor “surrounded by blood,” according to the suit filed Thursday in Manhattan Federal Court.
This is the first time Tutor, a Bravo star since 2017, has gone public with her account — parts of which were shared anonymously with the New York Times.
Tutor — who is not among the 11 victims named in the criminal case — said that, in 2014, real estate firm Douglas Elliman paid to fly her from her home in Los Angeles to a recruitment event featuring top executives of the industry.
After the event, Tutor went to a group dinner for further networking with industry bigwigs — including Oren Alexander.
Tutor thought he would be “a key person to refer Los Angeles business to her if she joined and helped to build the new office.”
When Tutor and Weiss arrived, the group ordered drinks at the bar, and she was bizarrely handed “a large, pink cocktail.”
The suit notes she never would have ordered that drink herself since “her drink of choice at the time was a Tequila soda,” but wanted to not make a fuss during what could be an important night of networking.
When the drink was done, “she blacked out, losing her memory of the rest of the evening.”
A friend later discovered her in the men’s room stall with Alexander “who had his shirt unbuttoned and was kissing her and, on information and belief, was touching her in intimate areas for his own sexual gratification.”
Tutor as acting “out of her mind,” the friend recounted, and he got in a “heated argument” with Alexander before removing Tutor from the restroom, according to the filing.
Tutor woke the next morning in a mystery hotel room, “naked and alone,” the suit claims, a memory she only recalled years later after other alleged victims’ claims against the Alexander brothers came to light.
Her used tampon had been taken out “and she was surrounded by blood,” the suit said, and her purse was gone.
Tutor’s missing purse was later returned by Alexander’s assistant, who asked at the hand-off: “are we good?”
While she has no recollection of who committed the hotel assault, after a version of her account was published anonymously in the news years later, a man left a mysterious voicemail, only saying “I’m sorry.”
Alexander’s attorney, Jason Goldman, said that Tutor timed the filing of the “salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact, choosing the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial despite the fact that the allegations are more than a decade old and have already been aired publicly.”
“This appears to be nothing more than a transparent attempt to create headlines and taint the proceedings at a critical moment”
