Amazon offers money-saving deals year-round, but some events bring even better bargains. We’re talking about major shopping events like Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In 2024, Amazon held its first Big Spring Sale in March, and it repeated it in 2025.
Amazon hasn’t yet announced a sale next month, but it seems likely to do so.
When will the sale take place?
Over the past two years, the Big Spring Sale has taken place in March. In 2024, the sale ran from March 20 to 25, and in 2025, it ran from March 25 to March 31.
What kind of deals will be available?
We saw thousands of limited-time deals exclusively for the Big Spring Sale. Last year, there were deals on everything you can imagine, including electronics, fitness deals and other spring essentials. We saw deals on headphones, TVs, home security systems, tablets and more. With better weather just around the corner, you can expect deals on grills and outdoor equipment as well.
Do I need a Prime subscription to shop the Amazon Big Spring Sale?
For the Amazon Big Spring sale, a Prime subscription isn’t necessary, though it is recommended. In previous years, there were many Prime-exclusive deals to take advantage of. Besides that, Prime membership perks include free two-day delivery.
Will other retailers have a spring sale?
Last year, we saw competitors like Best Buy, Target and Walmart offering their own version of spring sales. A lot of the deals offered at Amazon will be offered at other retailers as well, so you’ll likely be able to pick your favorite and shop there.
Should I wait for Prime Day?
Prime Day is Amazon’s biggest shopping event of the year. In recent years, we’ve seen two Prime Days: the first in July and the second around October. We’re sure to see some excellent deals during those sales, but outside of a handful of once-a-year offers, you’ll likely find similar savings during the spring sale.
