A mass shooting rocked a California suburb early Thursday as four people were rushed to hospital, with at least three suffering gunshot wounds.
The Hawthorne Police Department responded to the area near Crenshaw Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue just after 2 a.m. after a call reported shots fired and screaming.
Gunshots can be heard ringing out in footage from the area. Officers arrived and found three people injured, who have since been hospitalized. A fourth victim was identified at a nearby hospital.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear.
