A Michigan eatery The Brown Jug has menu items named after disgraced ex-Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore and his paramour Paige Shiver — though not for long, The Post has learned.
The downtown Ann Arbor staple, serving college-town grub since 1936, features both the “Sherrone Moore’s Sampler Basket” and the “Paige Shiver’s Cauliflower Gluten-Free 12” Pizza,” according to their menu.
Sources familiar with operations at The Brown Jug dished to The Post that the menus are currently being reprinted to change the names of those items.
The Sherrone Moore sampler basket sells for $13 and features jalapeño poppers, chicken tenders, onion rings, and fried cheese sticks with two choices of sauce.
“I have a feeling that’s going to get changed fast,” a server told a Post reporter who ordered the “Sherrone Moore.”
Shiver’s pizza costs $12 and is one of the only items on the menu not named after a famous athlete or coach from the storied school. The 32-year-old was recently promoted to Moore’s executive assistant within Michigan’s athletic department.
Notable potables on the menu include Tom Brady’s Corned Beef Reuben, Michael Phelp’s Vegan Beyond Burger, and Jim Harbaugh’s 10oz Sirloin Steak in honor of Michigan’s previous head football coach.
Moore was fired from his head coaching position on Wednesday after Michigan administrators learned about his affair with Shiver.
The 39-year-old then broke into Shiver’s apartment and threatened to kill himself with a butter knife, according to prosecutors.
He was arraigned on Friday and charged with felony home invasion and misdemeanor breaking and entering and stalking.
