‘MobLand’ Release Schedule: When to Watch Episode 4 of the Tom Hardy Series

If you’re a Paramount Plus drama with “Land” in its title, viewers will seemingly show up for you. The streamer’s new crime series MobLand — and the Taylor Sheridan shows Landman and 1923 — make up the top three launches in Paramount Plus history. It could be Tom Hardy or Guy Ritchie bringing in eyeballs but I’m sticking with my “Land” theory.

MobLand premiered in late March and stars Hardy as a fixer for a crime family who clashes with another family “in a war that threatens to topple empires and lives,” according to the streaming service. Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren are in the star-studded cast, and Ritchie directed the first two episodes and serves as an executive producer.

The show’s 10-episode first season has premiered in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Paramount Plus subscribers in Brazil, France, Germany, Italy and Latin America will have to wait until May 30 to start watching.

MobLand shares a creator — Ronan Bennett — with Peacock’s The Day of the Jackal. As of this writing, the show has a 79% score on Rotten Tomatoes. If you’re waiting on more MobLand, here’s your guide to streaming the rest of season 1.

When to watch MobLand on Paramount Plus

In the US, the first three episodes of MobLand are now streaming on Paramount Plus. The remaining seven installments will roll out weekly on Sundays. Here’s a release schedule for the rest of the season:

  • Episode 4, Rat Trap: April 20
  • Episode 5, Funeral for a Friend: April 27
  • Episode 6, Antwerp Blues: May 4
  • Episode 7, The Crossroads: May 11
  • Episode 8, Helter Skelter: May 18
  • Episode 9, Beggars Banquet: May 25
  • Episode 10, The Beast in Me: June 1

Paramount Plus subscriptions cost $8 or $13 per month, depending on which tier you choose. Both give you access to MobLand episodes. The entry-level Essential plan is ad-supported; the pricier Showtime plan removes most ads and includes downloads and Showtime programming. You can also purchase a year of either plan upfront and save some money over paying for the same months individually.

Paramount Plus has a student discount and free trials. You can also get the ad-supported Essential version of the service as one of the perks of a Walmart Plus membership, which costs $13 per month or $98 per year. You can upgrade to the Showtime plan, too, but it’ll run you an extra $5.50 per month or $65 per year.
