An off-duty city firefighter who once bragged that it took seven cops to arrest him during a 2011 street party was busted again Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.

Jean Negron-Davila, 36, was taken into custody around 4:18 a.m. on Staten Island, where he refused to take a Breathalyzer test, officials said.

Negron-Davila, who is listed as a firefighter in Brooklyn’s Engine 279, was charged with DWI, driving while ability impaired and with refusing to take the Breathalyzer.

A firefighter rep for Negron-Davila could not be immediately reached for comment.

The firefighter was previously arrested in Staten Island during a rowdy 2011 weekend street party in Graniteville, where he cursed out police officers trying to clear the block, police said.

“Go f–k yourself, cop, and leave me the f–k alone!” Negron-Davila shouted at the officers, according to cops.

He then charged at police and punched a lieutenant in the face, said court documents at the time.

“You guys fight like b—–s. It took seven of you to take me down,” Negron-Davila allegedly boasted after officers put him in handcuffs.
