The man suspected of fatally shooting his girlfriend inside her Bronx home earlier this week died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound when cops tracked him down, law enforcement sources said.

Shannon Graham, 35 – wanted in connection to the Tuesday night murder of 31-year-old Jessica Hoyle – was tracked to a home on Pratt Avenue in Eastchester Thursday afternoon, sources said.

Members of the NYPD’s Warrants and Fugitive Task Force pinged Graham’s phone at the multi-family house, where he barricaded himself, according to the sources.

The department’s Emergency Services Unit forced their way inside, where they spotted Graham on a second-floor landing, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, sources said.

Graham was taken to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead by hospital staff later in the evening.

Graham was suspected of fatally shooting Hoyle around 11 p.m. Tuesday inside her home on Mickle Avenue in Williamsbridge before taking off, police said.

Hoyle’s 57-year-old mother – who uses a wheelchair and lives downstairs – told police she heard the couple arguing all day, according to sources.

The domestic clash came to a violent end when Hoyle’s mom heard a bang and called 911 because she couldn’t go upstairs on her own to see what was going on, the sources said.

When cops arrived, Hoyle was unconscious and unresponsive, authorities said. She was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS workers.
