More than two months after New Jersey mother Brooke Hanlon, 35, was found stabbed to death inside her Chester home, her family is sharing more details about the beloved wife, daughter, sister and friend that she was, as her killing remains unsolved.
A new obituary for the slain psychotherapist says she “is survived by her beloved daughter, Avery, her sister, Paige Haggerty, her parents, Melissa and Joseph Haggerty, and her husband, James ‘Conor’ Hanlon.”
Hanlon was found dead on June 6, and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office has been investigating the case as a homicide with “multiple sharp force injuries” as her cause of death.
