The Aoede includes a large compartment, an outer pocket and an interior partition that can hold electronic devices as large as eight inches. The divider between the device pouch and the rest of the main compartment is well padded, as is the slightly curved back of the bag, ensuring your tablet or small laptop is well defended but easily accessible. The divider is open on the sides for about two-thirds of its length, which can accommodate more types of items but might leave the edges of your laptop exposed, so you may still want a dedicated laptop sleeve.
