A homeless maniac stabbed a 75-year-old woman in the neck as she waited for an Uber in Brooklyn after the nutjob eerily grunted “hello” to her, cops and sources said Monday.

Shawnee Moore, 36, — who has three previous arrests on his record, including a bust for another random attack — greeted the victim as she waited for her ride at Glenmore and Christopher avenues in Brownsville around 11:25 a.m. Sunday, authorities and sources said.

Moore then hit the unsuspecting woman with a stick and stabbed her in the neck with a knife, cops said.

The woman was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where she was listed in stable condition, police said.

Moore was arrested a short time later after a witness pointed him out to officers, cops said.

He was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a vulnerable elderly person, authorities said.

Moore was previously arrested in November 2025 for showing up at a stranger’s Brooklyn address in violation of an order of protection, police said.

Two months earlier, Moore sprayed hairspray on a 52-year-old man, sparking a fire and burning the victim’s face inside a Mother Gaston Boulevard nail salon, cops said.

That victim was also a stranger and the assault appeared unprovoked, sources said.

His first arrest was in May 2014 for gun and drug possession in Brooklyn, police said.
