Those thefts really stacked up.

A Texas bandit accused of swiping more than 200 Lego sets during a 50-day multi-state crime spree was slapped with a hefty 45-year prison sentence, authorities said.

Winston Love, 28, was handed the stiff sentence on Tuesday after being convicted of targeting multiple Target stores in North Texas and Oklahoma last year and making off with hundreds of the pricey plastic building kits, according to Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.

The brick thief also swiped a dozen coffee makers, several vacuum cleaners and PlayStation controllers.

Prosecutors said the stolen goods were valued at more than $30,000.

“This is the first jury trial under Texas’s updated Organized Retail Theft statute, which applies to crimes committed on or after Sept. 1, 2025,” District Attorney Phil Sorrells said on X.

“Thanks to the Target Loss Prevention Team and to police in Euless, Grapevine, Mansfield, and Watauga for their work on this case.”

Love’s Lego hustle came to an end in October after a multi-agency investigation linked him to the string of thefts across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Denton County, and Oklahoma.

Officials said he fled a Target in Mansfield on Oct. 27, 2025, after a loss-prevention officer called him by name. Love then sped off and at times drove on the wrong side of the road before being busted.

He was found guilty at trial of organized retail theft with a deadly weapon.

A jury also ordered him to pay a $10,000 fine, according to the Watauga Police Department.

“This conviction reflects the value of agencies working together and law enforcement’s commitment to holding repeat offenders accountable for crimes that impact our community,” cops said in a news release.

“It also serves as a reminder that the Watauga Police Department will relentlessly investigate criminal activity and work with its partners to seek justice for those affected by crime.”
